What happens if a customer uses less storage than they are allocated?

If a Customer’s storage falls below a block threshold that block will not be billed at the end of the billing month.

Storage is invoiced in blocks of 500Mb data with 5Gb file storage. If either of these limits are exceeded a further block is added and billed at the end of the month.
